Hello! I'm Charise, 

and I work on a family ranch, in Lucile ID. When I am Not Doing That, I am most likley sharing my recipes and Learning from people like you, on things that you Know for instance, your knowladge on keeping your family healthy, and what you learned that works best on recipies too! I love to provide people with healthy products that they have been looking for but can't seem to find as well.

I have lived in the country my whole life, and so I am not one of those people who are not used to things like, bumping into strangers, traffic by your windows all night, or even living with our house cramed up next to someone elses.The only sounds at night around here are somtimes the dogs will bark or there will be a coyote howling.

We moved up to our ranch in the year of 2006, we bought it from our neighbors who where getting too old, to keep it running and decided to move closer to their family, so it wasnt a very big move, just up the 7u ranch road, from where we originally lived.

When we got here there was alot of old junk every where and dad spent alot of time burying trash. There where things like old farming equipment and even an old broken down orange dumptruck. There was an old road grader that you pulled behind a tractor, not to mention all of the old buildings, that where about to fall down, including a little house that they lived in before building the main house, it had an old stove in the attick, along with other old stuff. For awhile when my sister and I where little we would play with the old stove out side along with some old pans and we would make stuff on it like mud pies.

My family got the place cleaned up and there was always somthing that needed done (and there always still is) So we kept nice and busy. Things have changed alot since we first moved up here, not only is it a whole lot nicer we learned alot along the way, including things on health for all of our animals. 

We used to vaccinate our cattle like everyone else does,  but after awhile we started realizing that it wasnt doing anything for our cattle except for masking any problems in their health instead of fixing the problem and making them healthier, and stronger so that they can servive sicknesses and be strong enough to not get them, because both them and us caint get a stronger immune system without being exposed. Not that our animals will never get sick, but, when they do we have a healthier alternative to all that crap that people siringe into their cattle today, we do medicine for our animals the old fashioned way, with herbs and things. Another big reason thaat we dont give our animals shots is that we sell their meat, and those vaccines go straight into the blood stream, and then you are getting to eat some of it in your meat. we also used to weed spray, but dad would get bad headaches from it, and the next year the spots that we weed sprayed had more weeds instead of less, so now we just let nature run its corse, and  the weeds never get out of hand, some years we have more and others we have less, plus it makes great sheep food!

So as you can imagine we started looking more into our health as well as our animals, and we always do our best to make our animals as healthy as possible, and eat as healthy as we can. We also very rarley ever go to the doctor, and we dont get sick very much or for very long, and that is one of the areas that how healthy you are will really show up because your immune system caint be strong if you are not healthy.
